Our Background and Purpose

Andrews Shipping is a freight forwarding and shipping company founded in 1962 in London by Cypriot Andreas Spyrou. Initially specialising in exports to Cyprus and Greece, Andrews Shipping has gradually evolved into a global freight forwarder, providing an export service from anywhere in the UK to anywhere in the world.

We began shipping goods to Cyprus and Greece then we expanded this to the shipment of cars and as we have grown as a company, so our services have evolved. We now transport goods, machinery and vehicles from anywhere in the UK to anywhere in the world.

Our long-standing reputation and our evolution as a family-run business, has enabled us to attain and retain customers. Some of our earliest customers still use our services and in many cases the children and grandchildren of these customers.

Since the beginning, we have always sought to remain friendly and personable with our customers as we believe this to be fundamental to our service.

How We Work

As from the beginning, our head office and warehouses are based in London. However, through contracts with removal companies across the UK, we are able to offer a removal service from anywhere in the UK.

We also co-operate with shipping lines and shipping companies that specialise in deliveries to different parts of the globe, thus enabling us to offer worldwide deliveries at competitive prices.
